Welcome race fans and drivers to the new internet home of the Spring City Raceway! Let me first and foremost introduce myself. I am Markus Hankins, Race Director here at the Spring City Raceway. Many of you may be familiar with me as I begin my 3rd full season working at area race tracks, including 2nd full season as Public Relations Director for the 411 Motor Speedway, and will begin my first full season as the Race Director here at Spring City Raceway! I am looking forward to a very exciting year and am looking forward to writing, with you — the fans and drivers — a whole new chapter in the history of the Spring City Raceway! With track promoters Danny Jones and Raymond Shepard, we all feel that fans and competitors alike have a great team (of racers) managing the Spring City Raceway, and with your support, we can make it the best 1/4 mile track in the area!
So strap in, pull those belts tight, and let’s drop the green flag on a fun and ultra-exciting and competitive 2012 racing season here at the Spring City Raceway! See you all real soon!
